When I graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition back in 2011, my passion for holistic healing had been ignited. I couldn’t wait to get out there and start building my own consulting business. Although the school had provided me with plenty of tools and training to start my new adventure, I had so many questions about business start up in the real world, and really struggled initially on how to bring my vision to life. Looking back, I realize how invaluable the guidance of an experienced R.H.N. would have been.

Fast forward 12 years, and I wouldn’t take back any of the struggles I have had. They were instrumental in shaping me into the resilient business leader I am today. I have learned the ins and outs of the wellness industry but am still actively learning (which I love)! In the past 12 years, I have consulted for multiple wellness centers and have worked alongside some amazing practitioners. I have supported various businesses with meal planning for events and have given many nutrition talks to community partners. I have provided online and in-person consulting to hundreds of clients around the world and have grown my reputation and consulting business to new heights in this respect. My experience extends to creating engaging blogs and online content, with several of my articles featured in newspapers and online platforms.

All these experiences are what provided me with the insight to start my very own boutique, multi-disciplinary wellness center, Whole Body Health and Wellness. We currently have 11 very talented practitioners equally passionate about the area of wellness, and 3 amazing employees who provide the administrative support and care to all of our clients. We are in our 8th year of business and are going strong!

Although I have been very fortunate to build a successful wellness center and nutrition consulting business, I am equally passionate about seeing R.H.N.’s (or CNP’s ;) experience their own success in this business. Understanding the journey I have had to get me to where I am today, my goal is to provide you with the support and guidance needed to refine your vision and identify your next steps in order to achieve it.
